Instructions for filling out the Application Form
 
Before proceeding to apply, please ensure that you have the following things to upload:
  • Scanned copy of Father, Mother and Child's recent passport size colour photograph .jpg or .jpeg format only.
  • Scanned copy of Father and Mother signature in blue ink on white paper in .jpg or .jpeg format only.
  • Scanned copy of Birth Certificate, Blood Group Report of child and Residence Proof.
  • Scanned copy of Certificate of SC/ST/OBC (if applicable)
  • Please note that after successfully submitting the Application Form, the candidate will get an E-mail to ensure their provisional registration with a Form Number. For this, the candidate should provide a valid E-mail ID.
  • Application for registration fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee admission; Parents are requested to clarify any doubt(s) before making payment.
  • Incomplete forms, or those filled with wrong information, may be rejected.
  • The admission form is free of cost.
  • Parents should complete all formalities within ten days of being given admission.
Note:
No change in the names of Students, Mothers or Fathers, including spelling, addition or subtraction of Surname or the student's age, will be allowed.

  3. No change in date of birth, given in the above statement, can be made subsequently.
  4. The pupil's lawful and defacto guardian may sign this document only when the father dies.
  5. The school reserves the right to verify any information and seek further evidence. Where fraudulent or deliberately misleading, incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied, and that information has led to a place that would not otherwise have been offered, the school reserves the right to cancel the admission.
  6. To apply for a security refund within 2 yrs. after leaving the school; otherwise, security will be forfeited.
  7. Any fee paid will be non-refundable.
  8. I understand that schools can increase fees and other charges from the start of the new academic session.
